We collect the details you provide when you register or use our forms and tools. We use this information โ including your personal and company details โ to build our internal database and for marketing purposes, such as contacting you about our products, services, and relevant sector updates.
Information we collect
- Account details โ when you register: name, email, and optional company, job title, sector, country, phone, and marketing preferences.
- URS & form details โ when you generate a URS document or use our forms: the client and project details you enter, including company name, contact person, email, phone, and address. These are stored in our database.
- Usage data โ basic, non-identifying information such as which tools are opened and your language preference (stored in a cookie).
How we use your information
- To provide the community, knowledge base, and tools.
- For marketing โ to contact you about our products and services, add you to our client/marketing database, and send sector updates and offers.
- To improve the platform and understand which tools are useful.
Uploaded logos and files
Any logo you upload to a URS form is processed in your browser to place it in your generated document. Logos are not required and are used only for that document.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted service providers to operate the platform. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing without your consent.
Your choices
- You can opt out of marketing at any time by contacting us at hello@bioprocess.bio.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us.
Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
